The Townhomes at Turnberrry are situated within the gated community of Charlotteville, Nassau Bahamas. There are a total of 40 buildings comprising 80 units. The homes are set around lush gardens, tennis courts, swimming pools and walking trails, with ample open space.
There are two townhome models within this luxurious Bahamas community that you customize. The first is the 'Yellow Elder' model which offers 2-bed, 2.5 baths. The second model is called 'Bougainvilla' which offers 3-bed, 3.5 baths. Both townhome models, consisting of 2,000 square feet, were named after local Bahamian flowers.
The Townhouses at Turnberry are designed to bring a sense of belonging, and with it, pride in an accomplishment of building an environmentally friendly and sustainable community.
